大华家具建材行业智能制造解决方案,基于对家具建材生产制造业务的深入了解,将视觉、AGV、AI、自动化等技术和产品有机融合,聚焦实现家具建材生产中的诸如上下板料/锯割打孔作业的智能定位、板材缺陷智能检测、车间上下料/仓储智能转运以及车间作业全过程区域/人/设备/ 的智能管控。 针对仓储管理中人工巡检易遗漏,事故事后处理,纸质化难回溯这几个问题。通过智能机器人与视觉、热成像技术融合,智能作业和实时反馈预警异常,替代人工巡检,排除盲区隐患,有效规避存储损失。 针对家具行业特有的全屋定制上门组装作业,通过视频设备的移动布控方式,对现场做监管,记录和识别违规事件,做到一事一档,规范员工作业行为,避免纠纷,提高客户满意度,同时提高内部管理效率,降低人工管理的难度和成本。 1、智能定位 基于工业视觉的定位方案,通过视觉与运动控制部件互联互通,实现板料上下线、锯割、打孔、码垛等业务,定位柔性好、精度高和效率快。 2、智能质检 通过将摄像机采集的生产视频进行智能化分析,识别出家具建材生产过程中的打孔孔位偏移、打孔数量异常等缺陷,现场实时预警提醒,并进一步与MES等生产系统协同联动,提高质检效率,保证家具建材产品整体品质。 3、危险区域智能防控 通过部署在生产现场的摄像机实时采集视频,对诸如锯割、喷涂等高危作业内设备的运行状态、人的劳保佩戴以及作业行为进行智能分析,实时对生产违规情况进行预警,避免生产事故发生,确保人身安全。 4、产线资质认证 通过将智能识别设备深度融入生产业务,与MES等生产系统协同,实现家具生产车间诸如锯割等高危工序作业人员上工资质实时智能核验,杜绝无资质人员作业导致的人身伤亡等生产事故,提高生产异常事件的响应和追溯效率。 5、智能转运 通过大华自研的机器人调度系统RCS及分拣、牵引、搬运、举升、地牛、叉车型等各类大华AGV产品,结合车间上下料转运和仓储物流各类应用场景,与企业原有ERP、MES、WMS等系统进行协同联动,实现软硬融合、柔性、高效率、全程可视的智能专业业务。

DaHua Intelligent Manufacturing Solution for Furniture and Building Materials Industry. Based on the in-depth understanding of the production and manufacturing business of furniture and building materials, this solution organically integrates technologies and products including machine vision, AGV, AI, automation and others, focusing on realizing intelligent positioning for operations such as board loading/unloading, sawing and drilling in furniture and building materials production, intelligent detection of board defects, intelligent transportation of loading/unloading and warehousing in workshops, and intelligent monitoring and control of regions, personnel and equipment in the whole process of workshop operations. Aiming at the problems in warehousing management that manual inspection is prone to omissions, accidents can only be handled afterwards, and paper-based records are difficult to trace back, it integrates intelligent robots with machine vision and thermal imaging technologies, realizes intelligent operations and real-time feedback and early warning of abnormalities, replaces manual inspection, eliminates hidden dangers in blind areas, and effectively avoids storage losses. Aiming at the unique on-site assembly operation of whole-house customization in the furniture industry, it adopts the mobile deployment method of video equipment to monitor the site, record and identify violations, and implement one-file-per-incident management, so as to standardize employees' operational behaviors, avoid disputes, improve customer satisfaction, meanwhile improve internal management efficiency, and reduce the difficulty and cost of manual management. 1. Intelligent Positioning: The industrial vision-based positioning solution, through the interconnection between vision and motion control components, enables operations such as board loading/unloading, sawing, drilling and palletizing, with good flexibility, high positioning accuracy and fast efficiency. 2. Intelligent Quality Inspection: Through intelligent analysis of production videos collected by cameras, defects such as offset drilling holes and abnormal number of drilled holes in the furniture and building materials production process can be identified, with real-time on-site early warning. It further collaborates with production systems such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to improve quality inspection efficiency and ensure the overall quality of furniture and building materials products. 3. Intelligent Prevention and Control of Hazardous Areas: Cameras deployed at the production site collect videos in real time, which are used to intelligently analyze the operating status of equipment in high-risk operations such as sawing and spraying, workers' labor protection wearing and operational behaviors, and issue real-time early warnings for production violations, so as to avoid production accidents and ensure personal safety. 4. Production Line Qualification Certification: By deeply integrating intelligent identification equipment into production business and collaborating with production systems such as MES, real-time intelligent verification of the work qualification of operators in high-risk processes such as sawing in furniture production workshops is realized, which prevents production accidents such as casualties caused by unqualified personnel working, and improves the response and traceability efficiency of production abnormal events. 5. Intelligent Transportation: Through DaHua's self-developed Robot Scheduling System (RCS) and various DaHua AGV products including sorting, traction, handling, lifting, pallet jack and forklift types, combined with various application scenarios of workshop loading/unloading transportation and warehousing logistics, and coordinated with the enterprise's original systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), MES and Warehouse Management System (WMS), it realizes intelligent professional business with soft-hard integration, flexibility, high efficiency and full-process visibility.
