Dataset for Zhang et al., "Bathymetric Slope and Tidal Prism Drive Sediment Loss in Coastal Bays under Sea-Level Rise" 2026 The uploaded files include model results for the Standard Mean Sea Level (MSL) scenario and the MSL + 0.5m (Sea Level Rise) scenario across six systems. Because several models—such as the Plum Island model—exceed 100 GB, we have uploaded the relevant history files instead of the full model outputs. The VCR_FW,VCR_FW_SLR, VCR_FW_SLR_L files include three wave and SLR scenarios; please refer to Table S4 for specific model details. The Raw_data.xlsx file contains the sediment budget data and the analysis process. We hope to involve more sites to collaborate on developing global answers using real-world models.
