High-dimensional transcriptomic dataset for the AMDconfigurations package

This dataset contains the full cleaned transcriptomic matrix used in the AMDconfigurations package and the associated publication. It includes 931 samples and approximately 58,000 gene-expression variables obtained from a cancer compendium. Metadata columns ("ID" and "type") are preserved, and all remaining variables correspond to normalized gene-expression measurements. The AMDconfigurations R package includes only a reduced version of this dataset (Transcdata_small, 1000 variables with highest variance) to remain lightweight and CRAN‑compatible. This Zenodo record provides the complete dataset required to reproduce all analyses presented in the publication.
