The present bioproject is part of a broader dataset referenced under the ID PRJEB61527. This bioproject contains the metatransctiptomics data from microbial eukaryotes of the freshwater Lake Pavin (France). The poly-A mRNA from 32 different conditions (4 dates, day/night, depth and size fraction) were sequenced in duplicates. Seven samples did not yield enough genetic material and thus the duplicates were pooled, leading to 57 sequenced samples.
