Microvascular retinal changes by optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) in people with preclinical diabetes and sudden vision loss: a case series study

To describe a series of cases with sudden vision loss without a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus or evident retinopathy in the fundus, but with retinal microvascular alterations by OCTA that indicated the need for antidiabetic treatment.
