Transcriptomic data of Escherichia coli K-12 control and antibiotic-treated cultures

Sequencing reads of Escherichia coli K-12 control and antibiotic-treated cultures enriched (Cappable-Seq) and not enriched (Ultra directional) for the 5' end of primary transcripts. Overall design: Mapping of transcription start sites (TSS) of Escherichia coli K-12 treated with various antibiotics. Evaluation of the correlation between the transcriptional activity of TSS and gene expression.
