The effect of miR-200 overexpression in lung cancer-associated fibroblasts

To investigate the roles of miR-200 family memebrs in the regulation of lung cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), we overexpressed miR-200b/a/429 cluster in murine lung CAFs through lentiviral infection. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control and miR-200-overexpressed CAFs. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control CAFs (CAF-vec) and miR-200-overexpressed CAFs (CAF-200).
