This dataset was generated to examine the effect of enzyme choice on sequencing effeciency during ddRADseq library contruction. 117 male ants from a single colony of Camponotus fellah were used to construct two comparable libraries with two pairs of enzymes (EcoRI/MseI and EcoRI/BfaI). The proportion of adaptor contamination and overlaps in each of two datasets were examined to estimate sequencing effeciency.
