Mesocosm Experiment Microbiome Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement - Water & Ostrea edulis Gill

This project contains raw Sequencing data generated form an experiment which compared negative impacts from Ocean Alkalinity Enhancment on marine microbiomes in water and in gill tissue of Ostrea edulis. The experiment was conducted on Helgoland at the Aflred Wegener Institute in the Mesocosm facility in house C in 2025.
