1. Daily diary of inspections of pharmacies recording proprietors' names, address of pharmacy and nature of inquiry or investigation, with monthly "Investigation Analysis". 2. Diaries of inspections, by the Registrar or other officers of the Pharmacy Board of New South Wales, of pharmacy stores in the metropolitan city and country areas of the State.
