资源简介:
Research data and reproducibility package for "The Frame Rate Matching Principle" study.
Key Finding: Signal Capture Rate (SCR) = min(f_extraction / f_source, 1.0)
When extracting narrative signals from video using Vision-Language Models, extraction rates beyond the source video's frame rate provide no additional signal capture benefit.
This package includes:
- Study 0: 4,042 signal extractions from 24fps content (15 frame rates tested)
- Study 1: 387 signals from native HFR content (48-120fps validation)
- Full analysis code, figures, and statistical results
- Pre-registered on OSF: https://osf.io/8jz3b
Effect size: η² = 0.847 (large), Cohen's d = 1.99 (very large)
