Sandstone stele in British Museum

STELE India, 18th century "Sandtone stele, known as a Sati (or Suttee) stone, memorials to Indian windows found all over India. Acquired by Charles Stuart at Bhilsa and later in the India Museum, from where it passed to the British Museum."
