SDN and OSPF Hybrid Network Emulation in Containernet

This repository is intended for deploying virtual network topologies using the Containernet environment, which includes integration of the Ryu SDN controller and OSPF routers based on the FRRouting stack. The repository includes scripts for automated topology creation, ospfd and zebra configuration files, and sample applications for the Ryu controller to manage data flows in the network. The developed configurations and scripts allow emulating routing between container nodes and controlling network behavior using SDN approaches. The use of Containernet provides flexibility in modeling different network scenarios and simplifies the process of testing the interaction between routers and controller. Thus, this repository can be applied for educational purposes, to study the interaction between routed and programmable networks, and to perform functional testing of network protocols and applications
