MYCN cooperates with WDR5 to activate canonical MYC targets and cooperates with G9a to repress neuronal differentiation genes. IMR32 cells were transfected with control siRNA (siCtrl) or WDR5 siRNA (siWDR5) and cultured in complete medium for 72 hr, then ChIP experiments were performed using ChIP-IT High Sensitivity Kit (Active Motif ).
