Exploring the microbiota pecularity in stool and biopsies of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA) patients

Comparing bacteriota between EGPA patients and healthy subjects Total DNA was extracted from feces of 29 EGPA patients and 9 healthy controls and from biopsies of 7 EGPA patients. The DNA has been amplified to collect amplicons of variable V3–V4 regions of the bacterial 16s rRNA gene and sequenced with MiSeq (2x250bp) Illumina platform.
