We investigated the functions and mechanisms of senescent cells that appear after muscle injury, aiming to target these cells to restore muscle function. We dissociated muscle tissue from injured C57BL/6J mice and obtained single cells. Cells with high and low expression of p21 were sorted, followed by RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq).
