ABSTRACT It contains the data of drug targets (gene names), uniprot identifiers, secondary linked data sources (e.g., PharmGKB), market drug name, chembl identifier, and pubchem compound identifier obtained from DGIdb. Instructions: Data were cleaned and duplicates were removed. Data were all categorical features. Inspiration: This dataset uploaded to U-BRITE for "DRG_DEPOT" summer 2023 team project.
