Genetic variation of the Chilean endemic long-haired mouse Abrothrix longipilis (Rodentia, Supramyomorpha, Cricetidae) in a geographical and environmental context

Here we make available to the scientific community the dataset used in the study on genetic variation of the sigmodintine rodent Abrothrix longipilis. The dataset consists of transcriptome-derived raw SNPs from 17 individuals of A. longipiis collected from natural populations in Chile and Argentina.
