Composition of GI microbiota of adult porcines from pork breeding enterprises in the South of Russia

The dataset presents data on 16S rRNA sequencing of the microbiota of different parts of the GI tract (stomach, duodenum, small intestine, colon and rectum), as well as faeces of healthy adult porcines sampled from pork breeding enterprises in the South of Russia
