The impact of the friction law on coupled subglacial hydrology and ice flow modeling

This dataset contains ISSM models to be in "The impact of the friction law on coupled subglacial hydrology and ice flow modeling," and some scripts for running these models and models used in the initialization procedure. ISSM must be downloaded to view these models. Model outputs are in md.results. The models are named as "[model name]_[start time]_[end time].mat", -Z2 refers to zeta = 2*10^7 m^-4 kg s., .mat files that don't start with "model" are used in the scripts discussed below. runme_steady_state_hydrology.m is a script for running steady-state GlaDS at the start of the initialization procedure. runme_thermal_model.m is a script for running the thermal model in the initialization procedure. runme_transient_simulations.m is a script used to run the models discussed in the paper.
