Dissolved nitrous oxide and methane in the Changjiang Estuary: Seasonal distributions, environmental controls, and sea-to-air exchange

This dataset contains the data supporting the manuscript “Dissolved nitrous oxide and methane in the Changjiang Estuary: Seasonal distributions, environmental controls, and sea-to-air exchange”. The data were collected during two field surveys conducted in March and May 2025 in the Changjiang Estuary. The archived materials include measurements of dissolved nitrous oxide (N2O), methane (CH4), and associated hydrographic and biogeochemical variables used in the study. Data and scripts used for statistical analyses, sea-to-air flux calculations, and figure generation are also included where applicable.
