qPTM

Previously, we developed the qPhos database to host the quantitative phosphoproteome data in Homo sapiens, here we update it to qPTM database for 6 types of PTMs including acetylation, glycosylation, methylation, phosphorylation, SUMOylation, ubiquitylation in 4 different organisms including human, mouse, rat and yeast. Also, the matched proteome datasets were integrated if available. In total, 11,482,533 quantification events for 660,030 sites on 40,728 proteins under 2,596 conditions are collected and integrated in the qPTM database.

此前，我们构建了qPhos数据库，用于收录人类（Homo sapiens）的定量磷酸化蛋白质组数据。本次我们对该数据库进行升级迭代，将其更新为qPTM数据库，新增覆盖人、小鼠、大鼠、酵母4个物种的6类翻译后修饰（Post-translational modification, PTM）数据，具体包括乙酰化、糖基化、甲基化、磷酸化、SUMO化与泛素化。同时，若存在匹配的蛋白质组数据集，亦将其整合入库。最终，qPTM数据库累计收录并整合了2,596种实验条件下，40,728个蛋白质上660,030个修饰位点的共计11,482,533条定量事件。
