Gene Expression Profiling of RAW264.7 Cells Treated with Metformin and AMPK Inhibitor Compound C

This study investigates the anti-inflammatory effects of metformin on RAW264.7 macrophages in the context of apical periodontitis. RNA-seq was performed to elucidate how metformin, with or without AMPK inhibition, modulates gene expression and suppresses NF-kB signaling pathways.
