This dataset systematically sorts out the evolutionary path of hypertension pathogenesis under the framework of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, covering six major pathological stages: Liver Qi Stagnation, Hyperactivity of Liver Yang, Phlegm-Dampness Obstructing the Middle Jiao, Yin Deficiency with Hyperactive Yang, Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals, and Dual Deficiency of Yin and Yang. For each stage, detailed multi-dimensional intervention information is elaborated, including core syndromes, clinical manifestations, tongue and pulse characteristics, key pathogenesis, treatment principles and herbal prescriptions, acupuncture point selection, and lifestyle regulation.
