Reproducibility package: CiaR/CiaH as condition-dependent fitness determinants in the pneumococcal peroxide response

Reproducibility package for the mSystems Research Article CiaR/CiaH as condition-dependent fitness determinants in the pneumococcal peroxide response: a host-conditioned framework. The archive contains the analysis code, machine-readable result files, compact intermediate inputs, and figure-generation scripts for the CRISPRi contrasts, matched-background tests, CiaR/CiaH meta-analysis, paired candidate-neutral simulation, simulation sensitivity grid, population country-control audit, and glutathione-buffered chemical occupancy analysis. Raw FASTQ files and FinnGen summary statistics are public and are not duplicated; accessions are given in the manuscript. The 7g CRISPRi time point was not downloaded because ENA throughput was insufficient and is reported as a limitation. No new wet-laboratory data are included.
