BRICS-10 International Investment Agreements Dataset (2011–2025)

The analysis draws on an original dataset of international investment agreements concluded by BRICS+ countries between 2011 and 2025, compiled by the author. The dataset includes bilateral investment treaties, free trade agreements with investment provisions, and other investment-related instruments. It records key variables such as partner country, year of signature, agreement type, and legal status (e.g., signed, in force, or terminated). The data were assembled primarily from the UNCTAD International Investment Agreements Navigator and supplemented with official government sources where necessary.
