(1)任务初始化
管理员在 Web 端新建项目 → 选择场景模板(房地一体、征地、宅基地等) → 系统按模板自动调用数据库相应属性组、字段、表单。
任务包通过权限系统下发到指定移动端账号。
(2)外业采集算法
空间定位:调用设备 RTK / 北斗GPS定位 → 实时计算平面坐标与面积,自动投影到 CGCS2000坐标系。
图斑绘制:支持手动点线面绘制、轨迹自动成面、激光测距仪一键成图;算法实时拓扑检查(自相交、重叠、最小面积阈值)。
属性补录:动态表单校验(必填、数值范围、字典匹配),拍照、录音、指纹、电子签名作为附件与图斑自动挂接。

权限模型:单位 → 部门 → 角色 → 用户 → 项目模块 → 属性组→字段七级授权。任何增删改操作写入审计日志(用户、时间、坐标、设备、前后值差异),支持全链路回溯。

(1) Task Initialization
Administrators create new projects on the web frontend → select scenario templates (integrated real estate and land, land expropriation, homestead, etc.) → the system automatically invokes the corresponding attribute groups, fields and forms in the database according to the template.

(2) Field Collection Algorithm
Spatial Positioning: Call device RTK/Beidou GPS positioning → calculate plane coordinates and area in real time, and automatically project to the CGCS2000 coordinate system.
Plot Drawing: Supports manual point/line/polygon drawing, automatic polygon generation from trajectories, and one-click mapping with laser rangefinders; the algorithm performs real-time topological checks (self-intersection, overlap, minimum area threshold).
Attribute Supplementary Entry: Conduct dynamic form validation (required fields, value range, dictionary matching), with attachments such as photos, audio recordings, fingerprints and electronic signatures automatically linked to the plot.
Duplicate/Missing Detection: Perform real-time collision detection based on spatial index, prompting for overlapping land parcels or missing plots.
(3) Automatic Result Generation
One-click export of vector data, reports and images in multiple formats, with automatic map generation for graphic documents.
(4) Permission and Audit
Permission Model: Seven-level authorization from unit → department → role → user → project module → attribute group → field. All add, delete and modify operations are recorded in audit logs (including user information, timestamp, coordinates, device information, pre-post value differences), supporting full-link traceability.
Following the above rules, the system realizes the closed-loop workflow of "task-driven → collection → quality inspection → storage → result generation", ensuring that data is collected once and reused across multiple scenarios.
