Continuation of Proposal: Expansion of P-T Space of Molecular Magnetic Materials

This is a continuation of previous IHR on the same topic.
The effects of pressure on molecular magnetic materials is a minimally explored field. Seminal investigations depict the potential of dramatic changes on the magnetic behaviors of molecular magnetic materials under the external stimuli of pressure. Since these materials have been of great interest for their potential applications within the quantum information science sphere, it becomes integral to understand the structure-function relationships within these materials, and thus, the effects of external stimuli on their resultant behaviors. This proposal seeks to investigate the effects of elevated pressures and temperatures on molecular magnetic materials.
