Detailed information on Genomic Islands and prophage of each strain.zip

Details of 280 Genomic Islands (GIs) and prophage in 114 strains of <i>Pasteurella multocida </i>were predicted. Among them, 17 strains were complete genome with 36 complete GIs; 97 were draft genomes with 244 approximate GIs regions. Meanwhile 324 prophages were predicted and described with their general characteristics, including 153 intact bacteriophages, 36 questionable bacteriophages and 133 imcomplete bacteriophages. <b></b>
