Modulation of cecal flora in cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression in broiler chickens by Deep eutectic Solvent extracted polysaccharides of Acanthopanax senticosus

In this experiment, we investigated the alleviating effect of deep eutectic solvent (proline: malic acid = 1:4) extracted Acanthopanax polysaccharides (ASPS-PD) on cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression in broilers and its modulating effect on the intestinal flora of broilers. The results showed that ASPS-PD has a restorative impact on the colony disorder induced by cyclophosphamide.
