Zip file containing parameter files, analysis scripts, and example output files

This zip files contains 4 parameter files for running in Simcoal, 4 example data files in Arlequin format, 2 analysis scripts written in java, a readme file, and 2 example output files which contain final results in terms of power at M-ratio and heterozygote excess test. These files, and how to run analysis, are described in the readme text file, which can be opened in notepad.
