Paramuricea clavata microsatellite scoring

This is an informal catalog of microsatellite scores using STRand for Loci: Parcla 09, Parcla 10, Parcla 12, Parcla 14, Parcla 17, Par_d. There are notes on criteria used for choice of peaks, problems encountered and possible solutions. Images are provided of the scores done by screenshots of the software during the reads. This was done only for the Atlantic as it was already available at IMBE for Mediterranean samples from Mokhtar-Jamai et al. 2011 (that data is deposited in DRYAD). This is a work in progress and updates can be made. People elsewhere can use this as a benchmark to make their readings more comparable, update or change the criteria presented here, add more loci and geographical areas. To make it easier the file is provided as an editable word document.
