资源简介:
The focus of this RNAseq project was to unveil the transcriptional effects of nuclear condensates generated by the cAMP effector EPAC1 (Exchange Factor Directly Activated by cAMP 1). We compared the transcriptional responses of cells expressing exogenous wild type condensate proficient EPAC1 or a mutant version missing the first 148 amino acids (that is unable to form condensates). Cells expressing these constructs were challenged with an EPAC-specific cAMP analog (8-pCPT-2'-O-Me-cAMP) or vehicle (DMSO) for 40 minutes. As additional control we used non transfected cells which are naturally deficient for EPAC1 expression.
