The dataset is a csv file of all tweets from the US state of Florida that contain images from Sept. 10-12, 2017. Tweets were collected using a geolocated bounding box around the state of Florida. In compliance with Twitter's data sharing policy, only the tweet IDs are recorded, but we also provide 4 relevance scores (between 0 and 1) based on the User, Tweet text, Image, and a Geolocation score). each score ranges from 0 (not relevant to Hurricane Irma) and 1 (relevant to Hurricane Irma). The full workflow for developing these scores is provided the companion paper listed below.
