Co-ordination of construction cases

Data set on statistics on reconciliation of construction cases (files in CSV format).
1. The data set shall include data on the different types of reconciliations of the construction file:
1.1. Project internal approvals — co-ordination of parts of the project carried out by the head of the unit and the project manager;
1.2. Approvals of the draft of the technical regulation issuers — the terms of reference in the file for the organisations issuing the technical regulations regarding the harmonisation of the project or its changes;
1.3. Co-ordination of a construction authority’s design — work assignments in the case for the building authority regarding the co-ordination of the project or its changes;
1.4. Internal approvals of the project page — approvals of the project pages in the case, when internal coordination of the project page is carried out;
1.5. Reconciliations of the construction log — reconciliations of all types of construction work log entries:
1.5.1. Daily work;
1.5.2. Special works;
1.5.3. Construction products received;
1.5.4. Material validation records;
1.5.5. Construction waste (all types of records);
1.5.6. Drawings of production;
1.5.7. Test reports (all record types);
1.5.8. Details of the accident or accident;
1.5.9. Construction supervisor records;
1.5.10. Author’s supervisor’s records;
1.5.11. Acts of covered works;
1.5.12. Acts of acceptance of significant structures;
1.5.13. Acceptance Acts of the Engineering System Important for Fire Safety
1.5.14. Acts of acceptance of others.
1.6. Third-party co-ordinations — requests for third-party co-ordination attached to the case. Manually added, non-BIS reconciliations are not taken into account;
1.7. Approvals of the issuers of technical regulations in operation — terms of reference established in the case for the preparation of opinions;
1.8. Co-ordinations at the operation of the transfer — co-ordinations to the certification of the readiness of the structure for operation, certification of demolition of the structure or request for a mark on completion of construction works;
2. For each reconciliation, the following data shall be included:
2.1. Type of tuning — see paragraph 2 of this description for possible values;
2.2. The number of the construction case;
2.3. Number of reconciliations.
3. If the user of the open data portal wishes to select or view the data according to different attributes of a construction case or its objects, the user must create a collection of data himself from different data sets of the open data portal BIS (e.g. “Construction affairs list” and “Construction objects”), using the construction case number as a merging element.
