Dataset for "Shrub populations mediate microbial network complexity and stability in biological soil crusts: Implications for sandy desert ecosystem restoration"

The three aforementioned txt files contain the metagenomic relative abundance sequencing data at the species level for bacteria, fungi, and archaea under five shrub populations in this study: Caragana korshinskii (CK), Calligonum mongolicum (CM), Atraphaxis bracteata (AB), Artemisia ordosica (AO), and Hedysarum scoparium (HS). Among them, Table 1 corresponds to bacteria, Table 2 to fungi, and Table 3 to archaea.
