This mode has drawbacks including long round-trip time, inaccurate records with possible omissions and forgotten entries, low writing efficiency, and unclear or inaccurate recorded content. ### "E Zhilv" Mode: Through the voice and manual input functions of the mobile APP, on-site personnel can complete information recording on the spot. This method efficiently collects information without the need for round trips, and on-site recording eliminates the possibility of omitted records. Standardized content templates prevent situations where only problems are recorded without corresponding solutions, enabling truthful recording. Digital information also avoids the issue of illegible handwriting that cannot be recognized. Finally, documents are automatically classified into ledgers on the cloud, allowing users to access and review them anytime and anywhere.
