MPFST-SET Reproduction Bundle (v1.0)

Abstract:This dataset accompanies the MPFST theoretical framework (Freeman, 2025) and reproduces the in-paper single-electron-transistor (SET) analysis from Section 17 of the Addendum. It includes a deterministic synthetic dwell-time sequence, code for power-law (CSN) fitting, PSD/DFA exponents, the coherence metric $\widehat m_{\rm el}$, and PID servo control. All code executes with the included requirements.txt and environment.lock to produce Figure 17 exactly as in the publication. The archive fulfills reproducibility and FAIR-data standards and serves as a minimal working example of MPFST experimental validation.
