PierceDisease: Xylella fastidiosa affected Grape Leaves comprehensive image dataset

Xylella fastidiosa is a great threat to the agricultural society which affects fruits, such as, grape, almond, olives, citrus, etc. This bacterial effect causes pierce’s disease in grapes leaves which leads to leaf scorch, reduced fruit set and vine decline. Total more than 50 diseased trees were under observation to take the dataset. There are total 3types of dataset, such as, raw dataset, processed dataset and augmented dataset. A csv file is included, comprising the weather information when collecting the dataset. Each type of dataset has 4classes: fresh leaves, initial stage, mid stage and final stage of disease. Each class consists 1000 real dataset, and total is 4000 images. The size of every image is 900*1200 pixels. The augmentation applied in various aspects, for instance, horizontal flip (50%), rotation (-25° to +25°), brightness adjusted (0.8 to 1.2), gaussian blur (sigma between 0 and 1.5) and gaussian noise. Augmented image size is 512*512 and the no. of augmented Images are total 40,000. Processed image size is 2024*224 and no. of processed dataset is 4,000. All the images have same white background to reduce noise from dataset.
