Assessment of integration precision for PREMIER

We conducted a comprehensive assessment of integration precision for a large fragment end-specific integration technology named PREMIER, including the accuracy of junctions after integration and the detection of genome-wide off-target integration events. We also performed similar assessments of integration precision for several classic targeted integration technologies as controls, such as NHEJ, HDR.
