Transcriptomic Validation of Pathology-Derived Marker Signatures for Diagnostic Discrimination of Cholangiocarcinoma: Data, Code, and Online Resources
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the processed data tables, online resources, figures, and analysis outputs accompanying the manuscript “Transcriptomic Validation of Pathology-Derived Marker Signatures for Diagnostic Discrimination of Cholangiocarcinoma.” The study evaluates whether pathology-derived marker logic, informed by routine immunohistochemistry practice, retains diagnostic signal at the transcriptomic level for distinguishing cholangiocarcinoma from hepatocellular carcinoma. The repository includes marker-level score outputs, minimal three-marker reduction analysis, individual marker AUC ranking, marker-selection consistency summaries, and figure files. The findings are based on publicly available de-identified transcriptomic datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas/cBioPortal-derived resources and GEO accession GSE26566. The reduced KRT19–AFP–CPS1 panel should be interpreted as a transcriptomic candidate for future protein-level immunohistochemical validation, not as a clinically validated IHC panel.
