By comparing CD94-CD56dim NK cell with or without primary stimulation treatment after 5 days, cytokine induced NK memory related molecules were identified. Sorted CD94-CD56dim NK cells were primary stimulated or without for 16 hrs, then cultured in low dose IL-15 (5ng/ml) for 5 days, then cells were subjected RNA-Seq.
