在耕地保护、基本农田保护、铁路公路沿线、河道监管场景中，识别视频图像中土地上的疑似违法场景，如土堆、红砖、在建砖房、围挡、板房、施工机械等

This dataset is designed to identify suspected illegal scenes on land in video images across scenarios including cultivated land protection, basic farmland protection, areas along railways and highways, and river channel supervision, such as soil piles, red bricks, under-construction brick houses, construction enclosures, prefabricated houses, construction machinery, and so on.
