Input data and generated data of a generation expansion model for Türkiye, 2023-2042

This dataset contains the input data of the planning model and the data generated with it in the article "Explainable surrogate modelling for designing power-sector policy packages: Evidence from Türkiye" (submitted to Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence). No code is included. The model is a single-node mixed-integer linear program of Türkiye's power sector with 11 technologies and 20 annual periods (2023-2042). All costs are in 2023 USD.
