Ictalurus punctatus Transcriptome or Gene expression

A whole transcriptome sequencing of a doubled haploid channel catfish was conducted using paired-end RNA-Seq to generate large-scale transcriptome data to facilitate studies of gene discovery, gene duplication, gene expression profiling, and genome annotation in catfish.
