This folder contains the molecular dynamics trajectories for Poly(ADP-ribose) (PAR) generated using the FIS-PAR model, provided in .dcd format. Data are available for five PAR lengths—10, 20, 27, 40, and 60 units—each simulated in the presence of NaCl, Mg²⁺, and Ca²⁺ ions. Every zipped folder includes trajectories across a range of salt concentrations. Folder names follow the convention PAR_Length_salt.zip (e.g., PAR10_NaCl.zip). These data accompany the preprint “Why PAR is not RNA: ion atmospheres, bridging interactions, and ion-induced structural collapse” by Lipika Baidya, Peter Zhang, and Hung T.
