This study aimed at profiling the antibody repertoire from multiple species. The sequencing libraries for all samples were prepared using RACE protocol and then subject to 2*300 bp sequencing using the Illumina MiSeq platform and 2*250 bp sequencing using the Illumina NovaSeq platform.
