Microbial community analysis in anaerobic digestate samples. Anaerobic digestate sample

This study investigates the microbial community composition in anaerobic digestate samples using 18S ITS and 16S rRNA sequencing. The analysis includes bacterial, archaeal, and eukaryotic microorganisms involved in anaerobic digestion and their roles in biogas production, organic matter decomposition, and microbial interactions. The study utilizes amplicon sequencing targeting the 18S ITS region for eukaryotic microorganisms and the 16S V3-V4 and 16S V5-V6 regions for bacterial and archaeal communities.
