Isolation of multidrug resistant Enterococcus faecalis from mouth wound of a camel

This submission is related with the whole genome sequencing (wgs) of Enterococcus faecalis isolated from the mouth wound of a camel. The camel, which was brought to Aydin Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine many times for treatment, did not respond to the treatment.
