资源简介:
This BioProject contains targeted amplicon sequencing data generated to quantify CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing efficiency and DNA repair outcomes across a wide range of eukaryotic systems. The dataset includes human primary T cells, human leukemia cell lines (K562 and U937-derived macrophages), placenta-derived stromal cells, tomato hairy roots and leaf protoplasts, black soldier fly embryos, and prawn primary cell cultures.Genome editing was performed using CRISPR-Cas9 delivered as ribonucleoprotein complexes, lentiviral systems, electroporation, PEG-mediated transformation, or microinjection, depending on the biological system. Genomic regions flanking CRISPR target sites were amplified by PCR and subjected to next-generation sequencing using Illumina MiSeq or PacBio platforms. The sequencing data enable quantitative analysis of on-target editing efficiency, indel spectra, and repair outcome distributions across species, cell types, delivery methods, and guide RNAs, and are intended for comparative studies of CRISPR-Cas9 performance and predictive model development.
